Packed together in the tightest of cabins, with little air to breathe and no space at all in which to move, the migrants in this picture show just how far some will go to try to sneak into America.
Mexican police found the 513 agonisingly squashed together in two trucks just outside Tuxtla Gutierrez, Chiapas - an eye-watering 18-hour-drive away from the nearest US border.
They were caught when the trucks sped through a vehicle scanner at a police checkpoint. After the astonishing X-ray image came up on screens, police gave chase, finding 240 people in one truck and 273 crammed into the other.
The 513 migrants, originally from a range of countries, including Guatemala, Ecuador, Japan, China, India and Nepal, were 'travelling in inhuman conditions,' according to officials.
They are currently being given aid and food while four people have been arrested on suspicion of smuggling.
The shocking picture comes just one week after President Obama was heckled in El Paso, Texas, after claiming border controls between the U.S. and Mexico had never been more stringent.
He boasted that fewer arrests of illegal immigrants showed that 'far fewer people are attempting to cross the border illegally'.
'Even as we have stepped up patrols, apprehensions along the border have been cut by nearly 40 per cent from two years ago,' he said...

EVERY STATE SHOULD GET THIS GOING ASAP Repubs should send letters out to every person listed on the voter rolls asking for proof of citizenship......advising that those who do not provide it are deleted from the rolls.
Usually the Sec of State in each state handles voter irregularities.

All this time I mistakenly believed this was the procedure for immigration...
I was surprised that our own President is correcting that misconception and informing us that it does not matter and this is immigration as well...

I occasionally post that they are beyond hope and can not be informed or educated past their catch-phrase politicization.

It is a good thing ‘they’ are worried for the comfort of the ‘passengers’. If they really wanted to make some money, they would tier the trailer and let the occupants ‘squat’...could get 2, 3 or possibly 4 times the people in there.
AND if they really wanted to make some money they wouldn’t SPEED through check points, though it looks like possibly they may have been caught anyway.
Those trailers must really smell good after the 18 or so hour trip..just the BO would be enough to rankle one’s senses.

“Migrant” means they will go back home, following their job.
