A real question as to whether Obama Sr. is actually Obama’s father anyway.

I guess a mordant soul might say, quoting Obama himself, that America was “punished with [Stanley Ann's] baby.”

I agree. But without a DNA test - and I think the chances for that are less than the chances of my winning the lottery - there may be no way to tell that from the state records. If that’s what’s being covered up, then the alteration of history would have began at, or before, O’s birth.

Congrats on finding a Hawaiian BC or COLB of the same era as Obama (a year apart). Note that for the race of the mother, they do not say “Austrian”, or “European”, they say Caucasion which is the way they did it in the 1969s. It has always disturbed me that his (forgery?) says “African” for the race of the father. An his new (forgery?) says “Kenyan” (3 years before Kenya was a recognized country using that name.)

The Kenya Colony.

European and Arab presence in Mombasa dates to the Early Modern period, but European exploration of the interior began only in the 19th century. The British Empire established the East Africa Protectorate in 1895, from 1920 known as the Kenya Colony.

They could have just called it Kenya I suppose.

Why would you think that Obama’s mother would not have full legal custody?

But if she was not married to Obama 1, then even if he wasn’t born in the USA, she could confer American citizenship onto her baby, I thought. Anyone have that law handy?

Technically Stanley Ann Dunham was not old enough to confer citizenship but even if she was Obama would be a US citizen just not “natural born” Natural born is a higher standard of citizenship.
