Newt Gingrich, whose campaign for the 2012 Republican presidential nomination has gotten off to a rocky start, risked fresh controversy on Thursday by suggesting that some illegal immigrants living in the United States "may have earned the right to become legal."

2. Hit on one of his campaign workers
3. Admit that he has always found Pelosi sexy
4. Agree with Obama on Israel

I’ve said before and will say it again...Newt is campaigning to be Obama’s VP.
That fits. Newt's campaign is starting to look like a Monty Python sketch.
My opinion of Newt Gingrich has certainly not improved in the last couple of weeks. I would not vote for him in the Republican primary. I simply cannot bring myself to trust a man to keep campaign promises, when he cannot keep promises to his own wives. I also have a problem with the “green” commercial he did with Nanci Pelosi. Between those issues, his comment about John McCain’s lack of knowledge on torture, his blanket stupidity on Paul Ryan’s budget proposal and this, my opinion of Mr. Gingrich has declined even further. I use to think he was a political genius and that he would better serve the country as the Chairman of the RNC, now I believe he has completely lost his mind. Having said all that, should he win the Republican primary, I would hold my nose and vote for him in the general election. Even a declining Newt Gingrich is better than Barack Obama in the White House. I certainly hope we are smart enough not to give Newt Gingrich the nomination.
At the rate he is going, he could end up with the Democrat nomination.
Sarah Palin will cut through Gingrich and Romney like crap through a goose.
They knew they couldn’t send the clown McCain out there again.

I have a problem with being that opportunistic.. if true..
But there are very many federal parasites.. Lady Liberty is crawling with them..
If there are 20,000,000 ilegals,
And we sent them all home,
That would open up 20,000,000 jobs for U.S citizens.
If a U.S. citizen on the welfare/unemployment dole
Refused a job, he could/should be removed from the system.
OK Newt go for the final thrust and tell us we need to close Gitmo and try all the terrorists in NYC.
