I thought there were no troops on the ground. That changed?

The AP is trying to give Obama selective distinction but the WPA specifically states “US Armed Forces”. That would include assets controlled by US Armed Forces like drones or missiles over Libyan air space.

I am Pissed at Boehner . It is his Job to call out the President.

On this I don't blame Obama its congress's job to demand their War Powers.

Not say we not in session, damn we have soldiers in danger and Congress doesn't want to work?

Revolt inside the GOP , Boehner must go.

I do not believe” military action” means that troops need to be in the field of battle, just that the military is involved in any action.

While I also think Bonehead Boehner should call him out, it is Obama that must comply with the law.

Would somebody tell me what the “downside” is for not following the Constitution? I’m beginning to wonder if the Constitution “matters” or if it is just another “dead religion”. I know this sounds harsh, but we see this president skirting the Constitution all the time and nothing happens ... just some right wing criticisms ... but no jail time or firing squad. I guess the Constitution has lost it’s teeth?

So what good is the oath of office for elected officials? It it obviously just for show, as none of them follow it, and there is obviously no process in place to punish those who violate their oath.

The last thing we were told at the induction center when I joined the Air Force was, "You are about to take the oath, if you want to leave, leave now, because once you take the oath you are officially in the military and if you leave then, you will be AWOL".

So the law of the oath only pertains to the peons, and not to jackwagons like obama? The law of the jungle is replacing the law of the land.

I should not reply when I’m angry...

“have it coming to us” - should be - “have it coming to you”
