People that basically know better and give Camping a pass are just as bad. Camping should be mocked, made fun of, criticized relentlessly and exposed as an outright fraud. No Christian should be sitting around making excuses for him and trying to find the "good" in what he's done. He has done NO good - other than maybe giving some people an excuse to laugh at his expense. Camping is a fraud and all Christians have a responsibility to say so.

During these past several years God has been revealing a great many truths, which have been completely hidden in the Bible until this time when we are so near the end of the world.

Sounds like something Harold Camping, the soon-to-be revealed false prophet, said countless times in persuading his flock to bankroll his delusionary interpretations of the Bible.

This kind of reasoning has been used by every cultist and sectarian to justify their so-called "spiritual authority" over their followers. In each case they were fully persuaded that they were living in the "very last days." And in every case - including Harold Camping - their predictions have been shown to be false.
