Against whom? The school's ass is well covered, because they gave her specific instructions to "not" indulge in public prayer. That she chose to exercise HER right to a bit of "civil disobedience" let's them off the hook. And FIRMLY haves a loud, wet, raspberry to the ACLU.

My home state, BTW, and I'm darned proud of it (and her).

This, and the Mississippi incident on the Westboro Baptist Church's planned demonstration at a soldier's funeral shows that the grassroots is beginning to push back.

The Westboro folks had a little trouble with their tires in McAlester Oklahoma last year too... Trouble getting 'em fixed, too. How unfortunate.
