I would rather fix and preserve the union than break it. It's terminal. It can be preserved. For instance: what's your plan for paying off the debt and meeting the unfunded mandates.

There isn't one that is possible, so we must default. Once that happens the legitimacy of FedGov will be about equal to the Soviet Union circa 1986.
