According to the maid’s account, as told to investigators and relayed to FoxNews.com, the maid entered the room and was confronted by a naked Strauss-Kahn, who emerged from the bathroom and began grabbing the maid’s breasts while trying to pin her down on his bed.
The maid is deeply religious, investigators said, and immediately put her hands over her eyes so she wouldn’t see the naked Frenchman. He ran to her, began grabbing her breasts and pulling her down the hallway inside the luxury suite toward the bedroom.
The maid said she tried a variety of tactics to get herself out of the room and away from Strauss-Kahn. She said, “my manager is in the hallway,” which he wasn’t -- but the former IMF chief wasn’t scared off. Strauss-Kahn allegedly responded: “No, baby. Don’t worry, you’re not going to lose your job..." Strauss-Kahn responded, according to investigators.
While she continued to plead with him, begging him to stop, he allegedly continued to attack her, dragging her down the hallway.
When she pushed him away and ran toward the door, she slipped on a newspaper bag on the floor and fell to her knees. That’s when Strauss-Kahn came up behind her and forced her to perform oral sex, sources said.
The maid finally escaped from her alleged attacker by pushing him into the sharp edge of an armoire in the hotel suite. Sources said the Frenchman has a gash on his back where he hit the armoire.

Something isn't making sense to me. But clearly if she was fighting to get away she will have bruises on her body linking up with a person trying to get away. Not just sexual bruising but bruises on her arms, neck, knees, etc. Also if she was forced to perform oral...why not bite him to get away? With the door open it's not that difficult to get away. I could understand if she said she was afraid to fight back and try to get away but clearly she was trying to get away by her own count.
Did he have a gun to her head? If so then I completely understand. But just trying to figure out why one doesn't bite it off to get away. Or use your nails on the scrotum. If she was fighting back I'm sure DSK has to have some marks on him. If so then that will be the kind of evidence that makes her story believable. The sources say he has a mark where he hit the armoire. If so this will hurt his defense big time.
You know the french do have a good law on their books. In the US we only protect the “victim” but never the accused. They actually protect the accused until convicted. That truly is a system of innocent until proven guilty.
Let’s pretend this was 100% consentual and the girl was setting him up. Where does DSK get his name cleared? What’s worse? To let a guilty man get his day in court and then treat him like crap...or to treat an innocent man like crap simply because he’s falsley accused?
In cases of rape we should protect both the victim and the accused.
If your consensual sex involved leaving the room with blood and semen everywhere - you are doing it wrong.

If trying to get away from someone raping you involves providing oral sex and not biting him or scratching him then you’re doing it wrong.
In real life any experienced sexual aggressor will reach down and pinch the victims cheeks in between the victims teeth. In the event the victim is willing to bite through their own cheeks, the aggressor simply rolls in a different piece of the flesh. After the act is through, generally there is a further price to be paid for trying to bite.
The bite it off thing is a nice line of bravado, but it doesn't turn out well at all for a sexual assault victim in the real world.

There are only 2 rooms on that floor. The other was empty. You cannot take the elevator to that floor if you arent in a room there. They were probably the only 2 people on the floor, and he knew it.

And last,., its been a few weeks, and i still haven’t seen a word to imply that this woman is anything but a religious woman and a mom.
