When Herman Cain told Chris Wallace that Israel didn’t oppose the Palestinians so-called “right of return,” he was egregiously incorrect. You have to know this stuff before you go on interview shows. The smart candidate would wait until thoroughly prepared before hot-footing it before the cameras and a hostile interviewer bent on a “gotcha moment.”

Yes, he will need to learn to pause, and ask questions to be sure to understand the question. And then to simply back away from the quesiton if need be.

I was wondering why Cain said that? Probably he misspoke, so I would not hold that against him unless he backs up that statement further. I know there have been times I've said something that just came out wrong, when it was not really what I meant.

If I would have been asked that question, I would have said that is an Israeli issue that has to addressed by them only. And no, I do not support it, nor will I call for it to be happen. The Palestinians will have whatever land they receive if and when they can ever come to a peace deal with Israel. Let them return there.

I keep thinking back years ago, during Clinton, when the Palestinians were offered some 90% of all their demands, including a part of Jerusalem, and they turned the US and Israel down.
