SAN DIEGO -- The bodies of a couple and their two daughters were discovered at a San Diego home Tuesday morning, police and family members said.
Firefighters, paramedics and police were sent to 162 Parkcreek Court, a home at the end of a cul de sac at about 6:40 a.m., San Diego police Lt. Ernie Herbst said. They found three bodies in the back yard pool and a fourth body in a bathtub inside the house, Herbst said.
"The four victims were an adult male and three females," the lieutenant said.
Friends and relatives identified the victims as Alfredo and Georgina Pimienta and their two daugthers, Priscilla, 17, and Emily 7. The bodies of the parents and the younger daughter were found in the pool, according San Diego Fire-Rescue Department spokesman Maurice Luque.

While I’ve never lived in San Diego, I have been there a few times. During the 1980’s it was a beautiful and safe city.
I lived there in the late ‘70s and totally agree with your assessment. Have been back a few times on business and must say, I’m glad we left when we did.
This is very common with many immigrant groups. Very common with Mexicans. The mafia comes calling and you either pay or die. It has been going on for a hundred years, at least.
May God bless their souls.
Just awful sounds like a murder suicide. No way 4 people drown at the same time in a pool?!
You could be correct on this too! Like I said no way 4 people die in a swimming pool at the same time like this.
I agree with the other poster, sounds more like a hit.
My guess is financial difficulties and/or fraud. RIP.
We may never know! I wonder if MSM will pick up on this one?
San Diego is quite beautiful; the ocean breezes are right there, the water, boats, nice climate, pretty shopping areas.
This is way too common all over the country, but especially in the Southwestern States.
Was sent to school on several gas/diesel fired turbine packages at Solar Turbines back in the 1970s. They always put us up in the Royal Inn At The Wharf and enjoyed stay each time in San Diego.
Was approached by Solar Turbines about going to work for them down in Patagonia Argentina, but the Wife wouldn’t hear of it.
I was surprised when a friend visited there last summer and the temp was a mild 67 degrees. Meanwhile a few miles away in the desert it was well over 100.
Yeah, right. Christians did it.
Same High School that outted Bummers fake long form and also declined his commencement speech.
That was my first thought too.
Three were in the pool. A fourth was in a bathtub.
