In the 1980’s until now Illegal mexicans have been trying to piss off the judges in order to be locked up by the feds in low security prison camps. Why you ask, free medical care, repairing everything from teeth to transplants, free food, free clothes and laundry, free housing and recreation. Just think what all of that costs on the street. In the federal system they can work for the UNICOR prison industries making military clothing, mail bags, furniture, etc. I had inmates in the industries making 4-500 dollars a month doing piece work sending it all home and buying property in Mexico and retiring after 5 years of incarceration. Then we deport them for free to their homes all on your tax dollars. GRASCIOUS

“If they cant be deported...”
Why is not deporting them an option? Deport ‘em or hang ‘em.

The problem with simply deporting them is that within 30 days after that they will be back on the streets of CA's cities.
Make THESE convicts serve their entire sentence and release "non-violent" inmates. Then, deport the illegals.
Of course, we still need that impenetrable fence from the Pacific Ocean to the Gulf of Mexico.

Of course, we still need that impenetrable fence from the Pacific Ocean to the Gulf of Mexico.Yes we most certainly do. Without that fence and it being patrolled expertly the illegal problem will always be a problem. Of course that fence doesn't fit in with The Won's plan for amnesty and an open border.

Just a suggestion: Build a small inexpensive prison directly on the border. Transfer all the illegals to this prison and when they walk into Mexico through the unlocked back door, list them as escapees. They will no longer be counted in the inmate population but, if they cross back into the country, they will be subject to immediate return to prison without trial as well as facing additional charges for escape.

The answer is much simpler, immediately release All Illegal Alien Criminals to the the Hometowns of the 5 Quisling’s on the Court that came up with this tyrannical decision.
