Premortem for Sierra County (CA)
Sierra County Prospect ^ | 5/21/11 | Unknown

The nature freaks, in their blissful ignorance and holy calling to do good, have killed gold dredging and are working to kill OHV and snowmobiling. The SPI cogen plant in Loyalton, the one chance for long-term sustainability, is cold to touch, locked in the grip of legal and financial mumbo-jumbo. As is always the case with colony states, the power of our future lies in the hands of wealthy men far away, men who know nothing and care nothing for our plight.

In a world where everyone is mad, sanity makes no sense. If we are to have any hope of saving our schools, our city, our county, we must bet big and take chances. We will need to take actions that in a sane world would seem foolhardy. We really are in a life and death struggle against the climate, the economy, and a political power structure that is increasingly estranged from the land even as it rushes to “protect” it.

Otherwise, those who can leave, will, and those who can’t, will watch the old ways die.

When I lived in the People's Republic I ignored their insanity because "I loved the scenery." Now that I've moved to civilization I wonder a) how any group of people could have gotten so insanely stupid and b) how kalifornia has survived this long.

The tragedy seems to be that for every conservative that moves out of state, we get a dozen moon bat liberals.

The line that got me was; and a political power structure that is increasingly estranged from the land even as it rushes to “protect” it."

This seems to be the case everywhere.

I left CA for the Pacific Northwest and find the greatest influx of new residents is liberal - many retired gubmint employees and teachers. They are very aggressive about making everything rural off limits, controlling land and water and wanting all others to stay away now that they are here.

A big problem is that retired liberals have their income stream secured, so being anti-business is easy. They don't need jobs and don't care about those who do.

The Pacific NW. Fugedaboutit! Kalifornia liberals have completely destroyed it. And they're not all retirees, either. Bunch of dirtbag hippies and ex-hippies, along with migrating faggots. I like Orygone but doubt I'll ever move there.

It seems that ID, WY and MT are the last refuges for conservatives. We toured through that area and found a lot of the liberal garbage creeping in everywhere. They are very busy people.

I think it’s bigger than liberalism. Liberals are the minions of Satan. The only thing that stands between civilization and outer darkness is old fashioned Christian Conservativism. Eliminate that influence and we’re back in the dark ages.

"Project 21."

If you were referring to "AGENDA 21" you are absolutely right. I've been following it closely for years. It is the international plan to deconstruct America and many of our fellow citizens support it fully. Their byline is: "Individual rights must take a backseat to the collective."

Watch this video and pass it on!
