Thats pretty much true. The best way to sequester CO2 would be to cut down young trees, and then bury them deep underground. New growth gobbles up CO2, burying it keeps it from rotting and releasing Co2 to the atmosphere. This idea really bugs the greenies, but it is consistent with their desire to lower Co2.

Think of how many species would lose their HOMELAND and go extinct. Don't the greenies care about insects, and the millions of other life forms that depend on them ?
Yes, they focus on them when they can be used to hod up an energy project or block irrigation.
