If the TSA stopped flights leaving Texas, that would last about 2 days and the whole airline system would shut down. Texas should have call the dyke’s bluff.

Continental Airlines is based at Houston Intercontinental Airport...That is really all... American Airlines Headquarters, less than one mile from Dallas-Ft. Worth airport.
It certainly seems like the feds did not think this one through. Whether it actually becomes law or not, the real damage has already been done.
The feds have declared their flunky TSA agents that are into the groping thing are above any law enforcement in the State of Texas.
And little ø`bammy and the donks actually had delusions of winning Texas in 2012?

Texas, where I thought real men lived I thought so too.
This time they surrendered to the modern Santa Anna Army.... The TSA.

There is nothing under current law limiting county sheriff’s powers in Texas to arrest TSA agents fondling passengers.
First, it is ipso facto sexual assault in public. Second, it is a violation of the constitutional right against unreasonable search.
Fourth amendment:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
The first thing to do is throw these jokers in the slammer. Then we can talk about additional laws.
Re: banning air travel to/from Texas, the DOJ has no power to restrict it. Nor does TSA nor Homeland Security. And if they do somehow acquire that power, we need to take it away from them.

Texas, where I thought real men lived, Tall talk from your side of the desert there chief however, we won't go there.
Here in the Big Tejas we are flipping little ø'bammy's crew the bird on a regular basis. And gaining in the EC as well. That has just gotta piss off ø'bammy.
Despite the local ø-bots best efforts and holders people we will continue to do so.

I’m in California. I would expect virtually any elected official here to fold to big democrat Nazi government.
Somehow I expected more from Texas.

Somehow I expected more from Texas. Don't change that dial, I suspect there is one more surprise for our Irish President ø'bammy.
The Texas Legislature has three days left in regular session.

God, I hope so.
It's not a stretch to say that the fate of the world hangs on someone saying 'NO!' to evil.
