NOTICE: FR DOES NOT AND WILL NOT SUPPORT ABORTIONIST, GAY RIGHTS PUSHING BIG GOVERNMENT STATISTS FOR PRESIDENT!!

This message is intended for those posters on FR who seem to have missed my prior statements in this regard and insist on advocating for these bastards.

I'd rather shut the place down than be involved in any effort to install abortionist/gay rights pushing RINOS like Romney or Giuliani into the White House!!

Do NOT push this crap on FR. Take your business elsewhere!! And I don't care how long you've been here!!

Everson v. Board of Education is the case where SCOTUS interpreted the Constitution to encompass state action in the establishment clause:

Interpreted is the key word. It was a VERY liberal court. The decision is NOT the Constitution. Courts tend to have an agenda and this one did. The judiciary has been activist for some time. The Constitution is what it is no matter how someone tries to twist it.

The Communist Takeover Of America - 45 Declared Goals

Current Communist Goals EXTENSION OF REMARKS OF HON. A. S. HERLONG, JR. OF FLORIDA IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES Thursday, January 10, 1963 .

Mr. HERLONG. Mr. Speaker, Mrs. Patricia Nordman of De Land, Fla., is an ardent and articulate opponent of communism, and until recently published the De Land Courier, which she dedicated to the purpose of alerting the public to the dangers of communism in America.

At Mrs. Nordman's request, I include in the RECORD, under unanimous consent, the following "Current Communist Goals," which she identifies as an excerpt from "The Naked Communist," by Cleon Skousen:

[From "The Naked Communist," by Cleon Skousen]

For the goals please see the link.

I will vote for anyone that is fielded by the Tea Party even if that candidate is different than the elitist Repubs. Tea Party candidates won in 2010 and we can do it again.

All righty then if they get nominated I’m voting for Zero the anti abortion socialist candidate!!!!!!?

Jim has said we don't need to put the focus right now on Third Party.

Yet at the same time he's made it clear -- and more of the GOP needs to make it clear -- that there's a clear line in the sand.

When the wife of a 40-yo marriage no longer sits in the middle portion of the seat of a pick-up truck, who moved?

We're not pushing the exit button; if the GOP decides to do that by electing Romney, they've exited and are threatening the entire party with Whigism.

At that point, should it occur, the GOP needs to clearly understand the true meaning of a "wasted vote." Too many GOPers in that circumstance would be tempted to think voting Third Party is a "wasted vote."

Allow me to be clear: Voting for Romney or a RINO is not only a wasted vote, but it's a vote for implosion of the GOP. It would be like planting extinction yeast in its very midst!

The GOP's already been guilty of tolerating too much moral erosion under the guise of "Big Tentism"; it's on a perilous course of implosion if it thinks its base will tolerate this.

We're not going to stand idly by when the RINOs attempts its GOP coups.

I think we're all supposed to say "Neener neener neener!! That's impossible!! Can't hear you!!"

Why don't you try being an adult instead and tell them to "pound sand". You can say that right after;

The Constitution is what it is no matter how someone tries to twist it.

You have your interpretation of what the Constitution says and the SCOTUS has theirs. Their interpretation is the law of the land, yours is just your opinion.

Gosh, if that’s the case, then we can’t talk about Congress at all!

Or even mention the president.

So when the SCOTUS goes against what the Founders wrote, what then?

Please do note that the left has been busy stacking the SCOTUS with people who have never studied law let alone read the Constitution.

Actually I have what the Founders intended and you have and hug what black-robed tyrants decide. The Founders were very clear about what power the Fed has and that everything else is state. The Fed has been making a power grab for decades. You may support that but I do not.

"The way to have safe government is not to trust it all to the one, but to divide it among the many, distributing to everyone exactly the functions in which he is competent....To let the National Government be entrusted with the defense of the nation, and its foreign and federal relations..... The State Governments with the Civil Rights, Laws, Police and administration of what concerns the State generally. The Counties with the local concerns, and each ward direct the interests within itself. It is by dividing and subdividing these Republics from the great national one down through all its subordinations until it ends in the administration of everyman's farm by himself, by placing under everyone what his own eye may superintend, that all will be done for the best." Thomas Jefferson
