Gov. Mark Dayton has vetoed a bill that would have protected fast-food chains from consumers suing over weight gain and other health problems.
The Democratic governor said the bill went beyond its intention of holding people responsible for their own dietary choices.
He said it would have created a broader loophole for the companies.

He knows which leeches butter his bread - hence the veto.
McDonalds never drove to my house....
But Domino’s did though :-)
True, but they made me pay.
If they were doing it for free, I’d blame my belly on them.....
To Mark Dayton it is a battle between business and government, not a working relationship.
When Dayton first ran for office back in the '80's he was a laughing stock, this is what we have devolved to now, he is respected by some.

This creep is scum. If there is any hope for Minnesota, this guy will be gone next governor election.
