Yosemite is gorgeous every day of the year. It must be stunningly beautiful this year. Wish we could easily drive there like we could before we moved. There are things I REALLY miss about California. (High taxes not being one of them)

A wet Winter we had here in California yet the Water Department just sent us the baseline quantities of water we are allowed before penalties are imposed of water consumption.

This is most asinine, and they claimed in the letter we received that it was NOT for more profits. Well if they had to put in the letter that it emphatically stated wasn’t for more profits, then I would believe it is.

There is no place in Yosemite named Bridalveil Falls (which are at Niagara Falls). I suppose the author meant Bridalveil Fall, which is in Yosemite Valley. Just sayin...

We drove through Tioga Falls last year the first day they opened it.

There were waterfalls everywhere, some even onto the road. Totally fantastic! The most beautiful I have ever seen Yosemite.

We were just there and that falls were beautiful. We also enjoyed all the snow on the ground as we went over the mountains going in. Bridalveil was so powerful, I could not get close to it because I did not want to get my camera soaked. The paved trail had an inch of water running down it too. People walking back from it looked like they had got caught in a storm. We only spent a day there, but we really enjoyed it.

I always tell native born Californians, who’ve never been to Yosemite, that Yosemite is over rated.

I’m trying to keep the tourist count down in my park.
