Doug McIntyre: Where is the outrage?
Los Angeles Daily News ^ | 05/28/2011 | Doug McIntyre

Posted on 05/28/2011 5:07:27 PM PDT by moonshinner_09

I'm damned mad today.

Can't sleep angry. What's it going to take for the so-called leaders of this city to do the right thing?

On March 2nd of 2008, while Sgt. Anita Shaw served her country in Iraq, her son, a Los Angeles High School football star, Jamiel Shaw II - Jas to his friends and family- was murdered three doors from home. Jas fell dead still clutching the phone he had just used to tell his Dad he'd be home in 30 seconds.

Jamiel Shaw Sr. heard the shots that killed his son. He bolted out the door and stood over Jamiel as his young life came to an abrupt end, an unspeakable injustice.

Four years later there is still no justice for Jas.

An illegal immigrant gang-banger named Pedro Espinoza gunned down Jamiel Shaw II. By age 19, Espinoza already had a resumé filled with serious crimes. However, the system being what it is, many of the charges he could have faced were pled down or filed because Espinoza was a youthful offender.

Less than 24 ours after being released from jail on gun charges, Espinoza had another gun and used it to kill Jas because of the color of his skin.

Where is the outrage from Jan Perry?

Where is the outrage from Bernard Parks?

Where is the outrage from Herb Wesson?

Where is the outrage from anyone?

The outrageous truth is Jamiel Shaw's murder was simply a political problem to be managed by cold-blooded politicians whose only concern is the next election.

The Shaw family is PC L.A.'s worst nightmare: an African-American family, fueled by righteous indignation, committed to ending L.A.'s It's easy for the Spring Street crowd to dismiss Talk Radio gasbags and newspaper gadflies,

Obviously you don't know anything about Southern CA. There's life below L.A.

Republican-voting majorities in Orange and San Diego counties, counties holding about six million people or three times that of your state of Nebraska.

Sorry for your loss, but you got just what you and people like you have voted for, over and over and over again.

Who the f*** do you think you are talking to, you stupid SOB? The people on FR didn't vote for any of the liberals you have listed. We are conservatives and vote conservative, but we are out numbered. You want to rant like a fool then do it to the LA times or the SF chronicle, the people who read those rags, for the most part, are the ones voting for liberals.

Take your self righteous BS else where, I, for one, have read enough of your frickin rants against people who have never voted liberal in their life. Dumb a**.

You don't have to put up with it you can vote with your feet. If you don't then you are obviously willing to put up with the inconveniences.

Running from a fight is the cowards way out and one reason that conservatives are out voted in every election is because so many cowards fled the state instead of staying and fighting. In addition there are people here who can't afford to move to another state, so your BS statement about someone staying in CA is bringing it on themselves in pure BS.

(yawn)

The "African-American community" will continue to elect Democrats. And Democrats are not about to take the chance they might offend the "Hispanic community" by going after one of that community's own, gang-banger or not. It's a real conundrum, lol!

While I certainly have sympathy for the the Shaws, I have absolutely no sympathy whatsoever for the bulk of that population. Quite the opposite, in fact. I have utter contempt for them.

Believe it or not, Doug McIntyre voted for Obama.

Of course he did. And probably Boxer, Feinstein, and the rest of them, too. The guy is a pathetic simpleton.
His hand-wringing makes me laugh.

It doesn’t matter if our local government is run by the left or the right

Yeah, sure. All those "sanctuary cities" are run by "the right".
Put down the bong.

When I hold my mouse cursor over the state flag on an FR homepage, the name of the state pops up.
That might work for you, too.
The flag on Tzimisce’s homepage is Nebraska.

FRegards,

Let’s suppose Los Angeles was NOT a sanctuary city. Has the Federal government built a fence? No. Do they stop illegal aliens from crossing the border? No.

Do the Feds enforce citizenship workplace regulations in California? No. Do they grant citizenship to the children of illegal aliens? Yes. Did the Federal courts rule that California must provide all public benefits to illegal foreign nationals? Yes. Do they deport illegal alien criminals? No.

All of these things can’t be governed by the City of Los Angeles or the State of California. They would sic the Army on us if we tried. These are federal laws. These are federal problems. This is YOUR problem. How do you not get that?

California is on the front lines of the invasion. California elects nothing but Democrat enablers - - you know, Ubama, Boxer, Feinstein, and the rest of that ilk. In other words, California elects and re-elects the very “feds” you are complaining about. How do you not get that?

By the way, I don’t see Arizona bitching about “the feds” - - they are DOING something about illegal alien invaders. If California refuses to do likewise, then I guess that’s their problem. Good luck. (Personally I would vacate that place as soon as possible. Run, don’t walk. You really don’t want to be “the last white farmer in Zimbabwe”.)

Oh I have said NY deserves what it gets many times. Atlanta when needed. I have no sympathy for liberal big city cesspools.

Last I checked, the ENTIRE COUNTRY elected the President and all the Senators and Congressmen who nearly rammed amnesty down our throats, and whose policy now — on a NATIONAL scale — is “do nothing about the open border” and “you don’t have to be a citizen to live and work here.”

Until that changes NATIONALLY, California’s hands are tied.

I lost all respect for Doug when he started to talk about how he was going to vote for Obama, shortly before the election.

Dittos. He and Al Rantel both voted Obama. Apparently it caused quite a falling out between them and Larry Elder.

As much as I used to enjoy listening to him, I can't take Doug seriously anymore.

Every liberal Democrat incumbent running for a national seat in 2010 from California WON.

California has what? 54 House seats? And those politicians have the power and clout to ram through Obamacare (See Nancy Pelosi of San Francisco).

So with that in mind I can only ask: you mean the national government that California pretty much runs?

Right - it’s not your fault.

It’s everyone else’s fault.

Yeah I know, California is the MOST CONSERVATIVE state in the Union.

You'd just never know it by looking at it.
