What in the world is "the campus judiciary"? Is this something outside of the legal/judicial system? If so, by what authority do they act?

Most universities have some form of kangaroo court for enforcing political correctness in the name of conduct codes or speech codes. They are not real courts of law but do have authority over the lives of students and faculty. The only way to be sure they do not pollute your life is to sever relationships with the institutions.
