The story mentions the death of the last Revolutionary War veteran. A book just came out of photographs of Revolutionary War veterans! Some of the older veterans were alive during the early years of photography, and a few pictures exist. The Last Muster: Images of the Revolutionary War Generation by Maureen Taylor.
