I wonder if you could put a link to the list of sites with rules on the new post page. It would be helpful.

Gotcha. Just a question though. WHAT and WHO is aviationweek.com or Fred George?
I’m guessing that source might come up every ... say 5 years?
But no mas.

Aviation Week is an industry journal about all things aerospace, noted for its insider contacts both corporate and military.
Fred George is one of the editors and is one of the directors of the San Diego Air and Space Museum.

Are you sure that’s not understated?

He's obviously one of those guys who has figured out that if you ban your material from the internet that drives people to subscribe to your periodical.
Means he's dumb as a rock though.
The way you attract regular readers and subscribers is to be liberal with the sample materials.

I’ve added a restriction to the posting program to deny posts from the aviationweek.com URL.

Reminds me of when Apple reportedly named one of their projects "Sagan," and Carl Sagan threw a hissy fit.
To make him happy, they renamed the project "Butt Headed Astronomer."

Don’t think they can complain about title and link. But apparently they don’t appreciate hits from FR.

That should have been “Dope Smoking Butt Headed Astronmer”!
Sagan was bright but lost his edge over the search for ET’s.

Does this Aviation Week ban include the Ares and Leading Edge blogs? I note both those blogs have a McGraw-Hill banner across the top of the page. Founded in 1888, McGraw-Hill is a charter member of the dinosaur media, and they've owned Aviation Week since 1929, when they bought it from the Aviation Publishing Company.

Gotcha, Boss Man. In any case, I’m not inclined to give free publicity to folks who spit in my face.

Hmmm...
Well just called and canceled my subscription. It was one of my favorite magazines.
Please no one post anything from Make Magazine. I don’t know if I could give that one up. I know a lot of it is hippie feel good greeny stuff but I love the projects!
