I'm thinking one would likely remember if one had a picture taken of one's package from that angle. Looked like garden variety self "portrait" so common on social network sites to me.
I also found his choice of the work "certitude" interesting. "I can't say with certainty" would be the much more natural way to phrase that. The work certitude (to me) is typically used in matters of opinion. Again, implying there are indeed compromising pictures of Mr. Weiner's weiner out there..
