Wouldn't it be nice though if Savage would admit that some of us out here do know a little bit about current events. Yes, Freepers have heard of the Sandlers!
Wouldn't it be nice of Savage to say something like, "The Freepers may know but some of you may not . . . ." It gets borrrrrring being insulted virtually everyday by Savage saying things like none of you have heard of what I am going to tell you ... you only hear it here. . . .
Banking industry issue fatwads against the American public.
Ed Ass-ner means I won’t watch.
In HBO’s “Too Big to Fail,” the Heroes Are Really Zeroes
The movie isn’t the story of how the Three Musketeers saved the global economy. It’s a story of failure upon failure.
“Too Big To Fail” The Movie isn’t the story of how the Three Musketeers saved the global economy. It’s a story of how the three didn’t see the financial crisis coming; hadn’t prepared for it; made mistake after mistake as it was cresting; and then, in their moment of triumph, made their most colossal blunder of all.”
2nd hour = more on “Too big to fail”
World Savings (sandlers) to Wachovia to Wells Fargo.
those are my banks.
I don't know. Michael Kinsley reviews? Ed Ass-ner stars. . . .
I wonder what they had to say about New York Senator Schumer's releasing inside information and crashing a California lending institution in 2008 or what about the Sept. 2008 financial crisis.
At the link it says "The reality, of course, is that GE was more a finance company than a manufacturer and was teetering because it financed those operations with billions of short-term borrowing." Nowadays it seems that GE = the Democrat Party.
I wonder if the movie showed that.
The movie blamed the banks for not lending the money instead they bought up other banks.
I wonder if the movie said anything about Fannie Mae, et al. An Internet source: "Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, two U.S. Government sponsored enterprises, owned or guaranteed nearly $5 trillion in mortgage obligations at the time they were placed into conservatorship by the U.S. government in September 2008."
Both were extremely active in securitizing mortgages and selling the toxic assets all over the world. I wonder if the movie said anything about Fannie where Democrat Party hacks were routinely ensconced to pocket millions of dollars.
Taibbi is a frequent guest on Imus.

Steve King interview. Not many ‘pubs will come on the Savage Nation.
I even had Netflix for five months until they did some kind of change that puts IE and Silverlight and whatever Firefox uses into dead loops.
When the problem started it did not happen every time but seemed to happen every time I tried to watch Married with Children. I had watched every episode except their last season when the problem started.
Their tech people said it's a DSL problem, I said Goodbye.
Here is a review of the film:
Peter Schiff speaks on HBO’s “Too Big to Fail”

Thank you for the link to Mr. Schiff, it made a lot of sense and matched Dr. Savage’s opinion.
