“It is becoming more and more clear to people that this is about Sarah and her brand and not a presidential campaign,” said one Romney consultant, who added, “She’s not making any friends within the political communities. If you cared about things like delegates and primaries, I think you’d be a little more attentive.”

CW...

When she quit the Gov's office, something hit me. and I told a couple of friends who think I see things others don't and they agreed. I said she is building something I think she will start her own party. She is trying to pull the GOP in her direction, but if the GOP still wants to play these pallor games screw-um, I can see her building a team from the ground up and going Independent. Who needs a convention and delegates when your structure doesn't need one.

I know 3rd party will mean Obama wins, It can't be done, bla bla bla...

Tell that to Glenn on 9/12, 8/28, the Tea Party Victories last year and now this Bus Tour.

This little Romney tea and crumpet party boy better watch it, he don't get we can do anything we put our minds too...

I smell fear.

Palin CAN take the GOP nomination.

As for the oft mentioned rap about leaving the governorship in Alaska — she wasn’t quitting, she was being a tactical commander.

Why (if only to appease those who say you’ll be labeled a “quitter”) stand your ground when you know your enemy has the advantage there, that they have no honor and that they are intent on driving you into the dirt?

You regroup and fight on the battlefield of your own choosing. As she is doing.

Well, certainly a 3rd party would indeed guarantee an Obama reelection, but the upside is the spine chiller the GOP will get about paying attention to the conservative movement. We`re not dominant in numbers, but we can make a powerful electoral point.

Don't know if you're right or not, but she's the only one out there that would have a chance of pulling it off. At the presidential level, it is likely to fall short as a new entity - the real test would be if a loss destroyed or strengthened the foundation she builds.

I really have only one question for Mitt Romney. Where have you been?

Romney's claim to fame is his business/economic prowess. Where was he in opposing Porkulus? Where was he in fighting TARP, the takeover of GM and Chrysler, screwing bondholders, dealers and tens of thousands of employees, while giving the UAW billions? Where were you, Mitt?

Where were you in opposing ObamaCare? Where was your economic analysis about how ObamaCare will destroy this country? Where were your critiques of the Obama economic policies?

Where were you, when Americans forming themselves into the Tea Party were smeared, demonized, insulted and lied about? Where were you Mitt in defending these Americans? Now you want OUR votes!!!

Where have you been? Where are you now? Your campaign is invisible. What makes you the front runner? Mitt, bubele, we all ready have a Zero as President. We can't afford another Zero. Mitt, go away, you've not earned our votes.

Best the GOP elitists tread lightly, there is only one person who can completely destroy the GOP with two words, And that is Sarah Palin, saying THIRD PARTY.

Palin is way too politically smart to bother with a third party.

She already owns 52% of the GOP, and her stock is rising. As the Republican president, she’ll have a congress to do her bidding; as a third party, even if she managed to win she’d be in nowheresville as far as advancing an agenda.
