Sarah Palin: Not being a candidate 'liberating'
Politico ^ | 2011-06-03 | Juana Summers

Coming off her week-long One Nation bus tour that was widely seen as a test-run for a presidential campaign, Sarah Palin says she’s starting to see that running for president might not be the best fit for her.

“Not only do I love my freedom of not having a title and being a declared candidate — that is liberating — I know you can make a difference as an individual,” she said. “Hopefully, I can inspire others to know that you don’t need a title. You don’t need to be in office to effect positive change.”

I get so tired of reading and listening to such freaking shallow people. Yeah, she loves all these things, but in the next breath will remind people that her favorite president is George Washington, the reluctant leader, the reluctant president.

Another garbage article from a garbage website.

I watched the interview and NOTHING has changed in the Governor’s take. She has the same opinions now as before her first tour.

I really hate Politico. How are they any different from the Huff Post or DU?

[Sarah Palin says she’s starting to see that running for president might not be the best fit for her. ]

She did not say that. She said what she said, which was that she was srill thinking and people would know in a few weeks.

It MIGHT NOT be the best fit, but then again, it MIGHT

Palin :“Not only do I love my freedom of not having a title and being a declared candidate — that is liberating — I know you can make a difference as an individual,” she said. “Hopefully, I can inspire others to know that you don’t need a title. You don’t need to be in office to effect positive change.

It shouldn't have taken a rocket scientist to figure this out, even before she said this. Every sign that the ‘ Palin 2012 campaign has long been underway” crowd has taken as proof since 2010 could also be evidence of the opposite that she wont run, which is what I always figured (since 2010) anyway.

I just hope in the end she endorses someone like Bachmann.

she better not start believing the lie that she can change things without a title or office. Thats too much wishful thinking. Nothing beats being in charge and actually implementing change. Has anything changed since 2010? Nothing

It is like they reported every other word she spoke. Out of context I thought the media hated that.

Obviously you didn’t even watch her entire interview! Sheesh! BTW how many times do we have to tell people that when asked about all of the potentials including Bachmann she said that none of them satisfied her! Sheesh!

I think it is possible she is talking about grass roots activism. Encouraging people who have never been engaged in the process to get involved.
