RICHMOND, Va.That's not smoke coming out of Cliff Phillips' mouth. But that hasn't stopped others from cringing, making remarks, waving their hands in their faces and coughing at the sight of the vapor from his electronic cigarette.
"They're just conditioned if they see you inhale and exhale something, it's got to be smoke and it's going to stink. ... They're not even smelling anything," said Phillips, a 61-year-old retiree and former cigarette smoker from Cuba, Ill.
Electronic cigarettes don't burn and don't give off smoke.

Wow it seems like a million years ago we’d buy those at the 5 and dime. Seems to me it cost 2 or 3 cents for a pack of candy cigs. Just a pure sugar rush. I much preferred Snaps, the candy coated licorice pieces. Those were 2 cents a box and when the box was empty you could blow it like a horn. Ah the good ol days when playing baseball was all that mattered. I didn’t know or care what a liberal was.

I must admit, I have wished we had the death penalty for those morons who spat their gum out on the ground, after I stepped in it.
The FDA banned real cigarettes that are flavored like candy or fruit, not candy cigarettes.

I still buy them just so I can take them to work. Then I break ‘em out and ask everyone around if they want a ‘smoke’.
