Nope. Never ever support Romney, no matter what. Ever. I'll sit this one out or vote Constitution party or Libertarian first.

Palin is going to win the nomination, so it’s a mute point.

I don’t care if I have to drink gallons of Pepto-Bismol to vote for Romney. Heaven forbid he’s the nominee! But if it came down to the perfumed prince or Obama, I’d crawl to the polls to vote against Obama. Mitt literally disgusts me. He epitomizes EVERYTHING that’s wrong with the Republican Party establishment, BUT he’s not a Marxist and he doesn’t hate America.

These self-appointed but unrepresentative TP leaders emerge on a regular basis, but you can’t box in the TEA Party that easily. It will be what it is, regardless of RINO infiltrators like her.

Making that kind of an announcement this far out, certainly does bolster the idea this isn’t a Republican movement. /s
IMO, it would have been far wiser to make that declaration in September/October of 2012.
The beauty of the Tea Party was that reasoned Democrats (not that there are that many) and Independents could join and not feel like it was betraying their old party. It also made it far easier for Blacks and other minority members to join, as it wouldn’t be as much as a slap in the face to their family members and friends.
The non-affiliation was a real plus IMO.
Pardon me, but this looks like the helpless ill thought out ding-dong statement the RNC or the Speaker of the House tosses out about every ten days.
Is that an indication that the Tea Party is going to become as helpless as the RNC? Heaven help us...

I kinda like what another freeper said earlier this week.....if it’s Romney...won’t vote....why? Because if the country is going to go to HE**, then let it be under the DEMS, and faster. Never thought I’d agree with the statement....but, that’s where I am TODAY/right now.

Never fear. Mitt Romney’s going to save the planet from man-made global warming. As if RomneyvCare/ObamaCare is not bad enough, he now wants to drive the final stake into the heart of our economic freedom with the grand global warming hoax.
Amy Kremer is a RINO sellout!!

That would be my take on it too. I don’t like Mitt, and he won’t get the nomination with my vote. At the end of the day election eve November 2012, I’d be prepared to vote for him without looking back.
Then I’ll spend four years kicking his rump every few days as he infuriates me constantly.
Man, another four years of that is next to the last thing this nation needs.

Romney failed as Governor, left with 34% approval, and somehow is just naturally supposed to be the next President, the wording of this and Barbour, and others, proves that they know that republicans don’t like him or want him, yet they order it on us as though we are in the army, or in their employ.
They aren’t even waiting for the primary to tell us who the win is already assigned to, and they are willing to end the careers of candidates that get in his way.

Tea Party is not likely to do anything positive for Romney. The best he can hope for is that they don’t go third party. If the Republican Party doesn’t nominate a Palin or Cain they will be going 2012 alone. I would suggest that the Tea Party focus on congressional races if the Republicans lose their mind again.

Ms. Kremer lunched with Steve Colbert today. She doesn't appear to miss many opportunites for either one, eating or MSM interviews.
Andrea Mitchell, Andrea Mitchell, that bitter old sourpuss, referred to her as "grassroots," so naturally Kremer began reeling off Republican talking points. She also was involved in a nasty affair verging upon lawsuit, after bolting another tea party group for TPX.
Maybe she's just full of herself, but it doesn't feel right.
To: Politicalmom
In 1992, I swore I wouldn’t vote for HW, but in the booth, as I was finishing up, the hole was right there in front of me, and I said this is stupid, and I punched it before folding the ballot. I have regretted that act for all of these years, but I won’t have a last minute change of mind for Romney, I won’t be voting for him, period, and I will be looking for avenues to replace the corrupted, within the GOP.
