In a new video message released on the internet Friday, American-born al Qaeda spokesman Adam Gadahn calls on Muslims living in America to carry out deadly one-man terrorist acts using fully automatic weapons purchased at gun shows, and to target major institutions and public figures.
"What are you waiting for?" asks Gadahn in English, and then adds that jihadis shouldn't worry about getting caught, since so many have been released. "Over these past few years, I've seen the release of many, many Mujahideen whom I had never even dreamed would regain their freedom."
The two-part, two hour video appeared on jihadi websites Friday with images of jihadi leaders as well as snapshots of alleged underwear bomber Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab and accused Fort Hood shooter Major Nidal Hasan. Both Hasan and Abdulmutallab are charged with carrying out attacks inside the U.S.
Called "Do Not Rely on Others, Take the Task Upon Yourself" and produced by al Qaeda's media arm, as Sahab, the tape mixes Gadahn's new message with clips from old videos of Osama bin Laden, Ayman al-Zawahiri and other al Qaeda leaders praising one-man attacks. They call on jihadis in the West to carry out lone wolf operations.

Almost every mall in this country restricts visitors from carrying. How many people could a jihadist kill before one of the mall cops calls the police while peeing his pants?
The element of surprise is in their favor. The attacks would most likely happen at schools, malls, theatres, hospitals, etc. You know, places where you are not allowed to defend yourself by exercising your right to self-defense.
Those of us who do not honor the ‘NO FIREARMS’ sign at the mall would probably respond immediately after assessing the situation. Then when the cops show up 20 minutes later after there could be 20-30+ dead already (Bali) you have to prove to them that you’re not the bad guy. Sticky situation, folks.
One on one in an environment that we are familiar with, yes, we would shoot back. A surprise attack at a mall, school, etc. would be devastating.
Unfortunately, it will take only one such attack and the gun-grabbers will be wanting to close down all private sales, gun shows and serious restrictions on ammo purchases.
This is a serious threat to America and should not be brushed aside.

He also forgets that not only are they willing to shoot back, many have been waiting for a reason to shoot back. I still see the old "Terrorist Hunting Permits" on cars.
I suppose this means Adam won’t be allowed to visit England for shopping and tea.
I don’t believe people can easily buy automatic weapons at gun shows. Am I wrong?..Could this article be an attempt to rally support for shutting down gun shows so that peaceful Americans will have no way to learn about and buy the weapons they need to see to their own security? Just asking...

They will go for soft targets, like schools, malls etc. Besides, these jihadi lunatics probably know that they will eventually get killed. They don’t expect to get away with it, and they don’t care, as long as they can take down as many ‘kaffirs’ as they can before they go down screaming ‘allah akbar’. This is a disturbing development, although I don’t understand why they haven’t done it before now...

And people wonder why I carry a weapon all the time. Lt Col Jim Grossman is right: if you’re legally authorized to carry a weapon and you go out the door without it, you’ve chosen to be a sheep.
Of course, I’m not “legally authorized” on any military installation or in DC, but don’t GET me started...

What worries me is the targets they will pick. An elementary school? A hospital with unarmed security and sick patients (also unarmed). A retirement home? The response from the police takes time. A lot of time before they even enter a place for their own safety so every person inside could be dead within a short period of time. Sorry... that’s what came to mind and it is scary.

You are correct. We are at war and this new call for muzzie-nuts to start shooting our citizens has me very nervous.
This should be blasting the MSM airwaves and repeated ‘FAUX News ALerts’ this morning, but it’s golf day with the RINO Boehner, so we won’t hear a thing about it.
The FReedom-loving American citizens might have to handle this problem themselves. Holder, the zer0 and Big-Sis (the carpet-muncher) ain’t gonna do a damn thing about it.
