Do we need another amendment? The right to keep and bear cameras?

Already covered by the first and fourth amendments.

For incidents involving police misconduct, you absolutely should have a backup posting on a foreign hosting site.

One that cares little for mouthy little judges in the US pretending to have world wide authority.

Any of you Brits still wonder why we keep the Second Ammendment alive? We may have to resort to it soon.

Why did they shoot him? Because they could.

“the man they shot more than 100 times”

Need to let that concept sink in for awhile. One man. Shot more than one hundred times.

Autopsy reports released in deadly Tucson SWAT shooting

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2730768/posts

“SWAT officers fired 71 rounds at Jose Guerena from the doorway of his home while serving a search warrant the morning of May 5” (was reported he was hit by 22 bullets)

==

Fatal SWAT raid: just-released autopsy details Guerena’s wounds

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2730771/posts

The medical examiner listed, in order, these entrance wounds:
— one wound to the head, which the report describes as a graze;
— one wound to the right upper chest;
— one to the right lower chest;
— one to the left upper abdomen;
— three to the right upper arm;
— one to the right elbow;
— one to the right hand;
— one to the left upper arm;
— one to the left elbow;
— one to the left forearm;
— one to the left hand;
— two to the right thigh;
— one to the right calf,
— one to the right foot;
— four to the left thigh;
— and one to the left foot.

This one also defies explanation. Especially since they finally admitted the victim never fired his weapon, when they broke into his home.

He had no record. Was arrested in 2009 but not charged with anything.

He had done 2 tours in the Sandpile as a Marine.

Totally out of control SWAT team and Sheriff Dupnik directing this.

From the UK article:

“Twelve officers fired more than 100 rounds at the vehicle, reported WPBF.”

How so? It isn't particularly dangerous - doesn't even make the top ten. The pay with all of the overtime isn't all that bad. Long hours maybe, but on the up side you can do pretty much what you want under the color of law and never have to suffer anything but minor consequences like suspension with pay.

The cop who pointed the gun at the guy with the camera should be in prison for a long time.

Nope.
