NEW YORK – The White House's release of an electronic copy of Obama's long-form birth certificate instead of a certified paper copy raises questions in a 22-page criminal complaint with the FBI filed by an international expert in scanners and document-imaging software.
Doug Vogt's complaint charges that individuals within the Hawaii Department of Health, Obama political operatives and an unidentified graphic artist worked in a multi-state conspiracy to create a fraudulent long-form birth certificate for Barack Obama.
Vogt's complaint asserts: "I have irrefutably proven that the Certificate of Live Birth that President Obama presented to the world on April 27, 2011 is a fraudulently created document put together using the Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator programs."
He claims the long-form birth certificate the White House released April 27 as an electronic document in PDF format was forged from a composite of legitimate birth certificates obtained from the Hawaii DOH archives and manipulated to replace the original information with a fraudulent Obama birth record.
The birth certificate the White House released consists of an electronic file that when opened as a PDF file in Adobe Illustrator reveals nine different layers that corresponded to different sections of the form, including the signatures.
"I also opened up the White House PDF file in WordPad so I could see the codes and headers in the file. There I discovered the evidence for the nine layers embedded in the code," Vogt writes. "The big surprise I discovered was that the file was finished or created on April 27, 2011, and the copy I had downloaded from the White House web site was modified on April 28, 2011, at 9:58 a.m., the day after the news conference."

Hawaii didn’t have the original one any more for the Halfrican, it having gone to the big document shredder in the sky like his college records. So it synthesized a new one, using artwork from old ones for other people. Cheesy as hell, but why didn’t Hawaii just fess up to having to re-create it? And provide photocopies of the source material it had in order to do that?
By the time we have a Congress that’ll impeach & convict the impostor, he’ll be voted out anyhow.

I like many others have the orignal .pdf downloaded from the web on the day it was released. And that release by AP of their scan of the grayscale image without security paper imagery.
The OCR nonsense is just smoke screen. There is NO TEXT in the .pdf file. Only image files pasted together. The more they change the story, the more the lie behind it becomes clearer.

It sure does seem that if an opportunity fell in the Bummer’s lap to declare himself perpetual dictator, he would. The question is whether enough Federal men would go Galt at such an order to render that a vain move.
If greater America are such fools as to permit that, sad to say it deserves it. 40% of potential US presidential contest voters can’t sit on the couch like they did in 2008 and expect things to be hunky dory.

I have been waiting for this to be asked. Did anyone even claim to have seen the original? Surely people didn’t think that Hawaii sent the POTUS a PDF file.
I believe the name for the hospital on the form is the giveaway. I don’t think any hospital had that name before 1978.
Is it possible you might post those? I sure would like to see them again. I understand that on day 2 they put up a different copy. True? WTF, how stupid can we be as a Nation? Other countries have rid themselves of crooks with less eveidence then we have against this Bozo.

It’s too bad there isn’t even one set of ‘nads in all of Congress. As far as I’m concerned they might as well all just be considered accomplices to the forgery and the fraud being perpetrated on the American people.
Impeach? What a waste of time, just drag him out in cuffs and read him his rights.
