But not the atom bomb. Regarding the reactor I think they got the celebrity exception. You try that and they’ll still reject it.

The thing these guys have going for them is the fact of Carbon 14 regularly turning into Nitrogen 14.

All it takes is some process to flip an up quark to a down quark in a neutron. You do that and you get a Beta emission ~ and a lot of free energy.

What is a little distressing in the current 2 theories (so close they are noticeably different only to those who know a physicist to talk this stuff over with) is that NO ONE can tell us where the source of those regularly produced, but otherwise randomly appearing LM Neutrons are coming from that do that assist in that Carbon 14 trick out in nature.

I think the successful theory for LENR has got to deal with that problem as well.

He applied for patent protection in Italy, where he is based, not the US. This is what he means by “national patent.”
