But but.. Gunwalker was supposed to trace the weapons to a cartel and build a big case. / sarc
There was never going to be any accountability of these rifles once they crossed the border.
The case was going to be against the US firearms industry.
Hence all the rhetoric about how 90% of the weapons in Mexico are from here, etc etc.
Agent Terry died because Napolitano, Holder, and Obama wanted to make some nebulous point against the Second Amendment.

I put my tagline up in february...the list of charges against fubo...complicit in the murder of a federal agent...illegal arms smuggling...violation of international treaties....lying under oath....obstruction of justice...these charges will also apply to napalitano and holder, along with a host of underlings and agency heads...my tagline is ringing true

Ya know, as a side thought last night when I pinged you I was thinking about how far we've progressed from the days of Compean and Ramos in Feb. 2005.
Reading these articles is an emotional roller coaster.
They, at least, can rest easy knowing that they only had to do jail time and they didn't get murdered during their gunfight with guns our govt. allowed to enter criminal hands.
That's a sad, sad way of looking at things though.
