The Rep. Anthony Weiner sexting story refuses to stop escalating to higher levels of impropriety with each passing day, and with the news last night that the Congressman had been speaking to a 17-year-old girl surfacing, calls for him to resign are at a fever pitch. On this morning’s Fox & Friends, Andrew Breitbart confirmed there was one underaged girl with which he spoke, and even before that news broke, the heads of the Democratic Party were calling for Rep. Weiner to resign.
Breitbart noted that the news was not exactly surprising to him given the information he had received, but that he had not published much of the stories he had been tipped on because they could not be confirmed. Many of the Twitter conversations between Rep. Weiner and underaged girls were of such a nature that it was possible they could have fabricated them– “these teenaged girls could have had active imaginations,” he noted– and so he waited for more information to come in. Now there is at least one confirmed underaged girl with which Rep. Weiner was speaking– one who was publicly nursing a crush on the 47-year-old legislator.
“I don’t know the appropriate communication through Facebook chat that a 47-year-old man can have with a 17-year-old,” Breitbart noted, “especially in light of the type of communications she was writing about him.” Eric Bolling, visiting from Fox Business to host today’s morning show, asked Breitbart several times whether he believed there was more to come, to which Breitbart noted that he could not reveal details, but “with this guy, where there’s smoke, there’s an Arizona wildfire the size of Los Angeles.”
What’s more, even before the allegations of statutory Facebook-chatting, Breitbart said an “impeccable source” had told him that the scandal had floated up all the way to the office of the presidency: “Obama and Clinton spoke to him yesterday and said ‘Get the hell out of here,’” he said. “I cannot imagine that this guy can survive til Monday.”...

I also blame America hater POTUS Obama for not having taken the steps to broom this guy immediately. All Obama had to do was pick up the phone and tell Pelosi to fire this guy!!! I never watched the Daily Show until I heard he defended Weiner before Weiner admitted to it. So I turned him on because I love to see liberals eat crow. He actually had me laughing he said something about, "Calling Bill Clinton to aplogize??? For what??? Copyright infringement???"
Even though he is a liberal that I most likely will never watch again, that had me laughing. I love when the libs throw their own under the bus.
I hope Weiner stays around I enjoy this scandal.
This guy has the biggest ego of anyone in the world. They'd have to literally drag him with him screaming like a two year old out of his office.
They polled his district and 51% would re-elect him. He could be found with farm animals, 14 year olds, God only knows and the morons in Brooklyn would gladly re-elect them because he represents their values. Just read my tagline it explains everything.
I hope wiener keeps fighting to keep his job. I think conservatives and the republicans should just sit back and stay out of it for the most part.
I honestly don’t get how any woman, much less a 17 y/o girl, can find this man attractive. The normal teenage girls I know would consider him ancient. I can already see them rolling their eyes at the idea he would be considered “hot”.

I think, since it’s been reported widely that he can’t afford to quit and that he is like a gift that keeps on giving, I think he knows his career is finished and that he wants to make a deal. I’m betting that he will resign his seat if he were offered a relatively good job at the DNC or someplace.
He has nothing to lose and his very presence puts a lot of pressure on the Dems to move him along.
The real irony here is that, by calling for Weiner’s resignation, Democrats are acknowledging that there are in fact standards. But then again, logical inconsistency comes as naturally as breathing to them.
But, but what about Huma???
In fact, I heard a report that Weiner is refusing to resign because he’s not wealthy. Almost his entire income is his congressional pay. Huma also makes six figures, however, with their bills and living costs for those in their crowd, their money doesn’t go too far. It’s doubtful Weiner can go on the lecture circuit or write a book and make money that way. He is not well liked by other politicos, so his chances of getting some other job in politics are very small.
Once his congressional term ends, he’s cut off from a six figure income. I wonder if Huma will cut him off too, if you get my drift.

If that is the way it plays out we will have more than a year to take pictures of him in the (reluctant) presence of numerous other Dems to use in campaigns against them in New York and all across the country.
I would not be shocked if he got a job with MSNBC after leaving Congress. But picking lettuce is honest work of much greater usefulness to mankind.
Look at it this way, it’s going to either put Huma into or out of the spotlight. Either way, it’s not going to be pleasant. With her unhappy, she might spill the beans on Hill’s, uh, leanings. Look for a nice cushy promotion in her future.
Okay, you got me there. I was thinking about skills that benefit America. Since Soros’ goal is the destruction of a free America, Wiener is well qualified toward that endeavor.
