I've known some otherwise pretty stocky people who, for the life of them couldn't build up their necks. My brother was in AFROTC with a guy, avid weightlifter and body builder, but (and I'm not the only one to make this observation) looked like Don Knotts' head and neck grafted onto Schwarzenegger's body.
And just think Weenie claims he wrote the entire Health Care Reform Bill.
When did he have the time with all the stalking he was doing.

I recall articles published last year recounting Rahm Emmanual’s antics wherein he was running around the Congressional gym and aggressively attacking Republican Congressmen while completely naked.
Now we find Weiner whipping out the camera willy-nilly and “self-massaging” in the locker-room. Between these two morons the Congressional gym is the creepiest and most dangerous gym in the U.S.
it's completely detached from reality. I always thought he was more than just a bit unbalanced. but I'm not sure I thought he was full-blown delusional.

I looked at those pictures. Barney must have been there - off camera. The Weiner is a very sick little weasel. He probably hit end stage narcissism when he was 15 or so. Not good. Never works out well. Anyone taking bets as to the relationship between Weiner and his very close friend and mentor, Schmucky Chucky Scummer, drat - Schumer? Schmucky has been very quiet during the Weenie Weiner saga. Perhaps Schmucky has to be very careful about saying anything that would cause his very close friend and protege to, ah, turn on him. Scorpions in a bottle, you might say.
