$2.5 billion in aircraft sitting on the ground awaiting the disbursement of Zer0, Wookie, then all the cabinet and spouses; then all the czars and spouses; then all the congresscritters and spouses; then all the quasi governmental goons like Bernankie and others; then who else.
All while us schleps have to put up with the radiation and death that they brought unto us.

We had a C-135 Looking Glass at Lajes in the Azores. We were told if you ever saw it moving, kiss your ass goodbye. There was also one at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. Don’t remember where the rest of them were stationed.
They are stationed around the world so a General Command staff can retaliate in case the US is wiped out in a nuclear attack.
