Good list.
“Corruption” belongs on it too.
translation: SEIU is preparing a hostile takeover of the California GOP
You betcha.
Corruption always follows a one party system.
For this I also blame journalist. When they stopped being reporters and began being cheerleaders (for one side) they all but guaranteed corruption.
In their pursuit and support for a socialist utopia, reporters overlooked the corruption of government, as long as their side was in charge.
I do not want the news media to be on my side, I only want them to be honest and fair. If a conservative is corrupt I will not defend him, and gladly run him out of office (into jail if convicted). That is the difference between Liberals and Conservatives. As long as the person votes the correct way, they will support them to the end (unless they embarrass the leadership).
California can never come back long as ONE democrat remains in Government.
Awwwwwwww. It's so sweet.
On the other hand, there has to be something said for having juuuuuuuust enough Republicans in office in order blame everything on when things start circling down the toilet.
Look up the origins of the word "scapegoat". That will have to be the new mascot of The California Republican Party if this plot succeeds.
It has took a long time, but I think the Republicans have finally learned that (hard) lesson. This is why the few Republicans left in Sacramento are putting up a fight over the budget.
The Democrats can pass a budget (although they do need some Republicans for tax increases). If a few Republicans go over to the Dark side, the entire party will be portrayed as the party of taxes (with help from the media).
Again, I hope they have learned that lesson.
Great quote and truth.
