Marcus Porchia, one of 19 males accused of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl in 2010, has now been charged with another sexual assault.

He was arrested by Cleveland Police Department on the afternoon of Thursday, June 9. At this time, he is in the Liberty County Jail, awaiting arraignment.

The new charge against Porchia is not related to the original charge against him for the 11-year-old’s sexual assault. The victim in the new charge was 14 years old at the time of the alleged assault. She has since turned 15.

Law enforcement sources have confirmed that DNA evidence links Porchia to the child of the 14-year-old victim.

According to the indictment, the alleged assault on the 14-year-old occurred on or about May 1, 2010. The alleged assaults on the 11-year-old Cleveland girl is said to have occurred in the fall of 2010.

At the time of his recent arrest, Porchia was out on bond awaiting trial.

What is wrong with this picture? Less than a year ago he "assaults" an 11 year old girl and the judge lets him out on bond?

Both the perp and the judge......

Looks like he was busted for an earlier crime. No doubt there are others.

He was free on bond when he was arrested, but the crime was 2010, not 2011.

Actually, it looks like Porchia assaulted the 14-year-old before he was part of the gang-assault on the 11-year-old. He was arrested for the second rape before the first rape.

If I had to guess, I would say they probably took his DNA after he was arrested for the second rape and matched it up to the evidence from a previous unsolved case.

No offense but you two are wanting to get far too intimate with this scum bag. Just put a .45 in his head and throw the body in a dumpster.

Certain lawless times dictate that certain perpetrators need to be made examples of to motivate others like them to refrain from evil acts.

Vlad Dracul’s methodology is a good example.

I was going to post something sarcastic, but I’ll leave that to his defense attorney. No matter what punishment he gets, he should never be let loose on society again. I agree with most of you that, as a minimum he should be in prison and singing in the soprano choir lamenting the loss of his testicles. If I were king we would spend about a buck on his 45 caliber rehabilitation and then feed him to the pigs.

The Romans used crucifixion because it was even more painful than impalement. Seems hard to believe but they were experts.

Is the “community” going to “turn out” again and “show their support” for this rapist... like they did for the accused rapists of the 11 year old?
