Perhaps. But I have not perceived that of Michele. She seems a truly straight shooter. I will wait and see what develops. I have a feeling that if Sarah tosses her pelty in the ring, Michele will not be doing the kind of idiot things Rollins did in her name. She is probably more naive than sneaky. I would count Rollins’ slime to Rove’s account, not Michele’s.

Hardly, Michele is one of only three Presidential candidates that have come up with a detailed budget that makes the Ryan budget look like a blueprint for big government. (The other two are Ron Paul and Gary Johnson) You really need to look at policy to make such a judgement. Her taking the empathy approach is likely to help immunize her from attacks that her plan to drastically cut spending lacks compassion. It is a VERY smart move.

I think you are confusing empathy with sympathy. You offer people your sympathy and prayers but not you empathy. You may empathasize with a friend who’s happy the noisy neighbor was just run over by a truck, but you don’t sympathize with him and he doesn’t need it.
