You either must live in a state without zoning, HOAs, and other land use restrictions; or the coffee was a little strong this morning.
I kinda think for this kind of money, when buying the property he first had real estate attorneys abstract and report the clear title on the land subject to the restrictions he is now fighting. He went in eyes open figuring he could buy his way clear of the rules that apply to everybody else. It’s California, he’s probably right.
