I was in Israel last week and can attest secular Jews love dogs. Orthodox and ultra-orthodox Jews are very unlikely to have pets.

Orthodox and ultra-orthodox Jews are very unlikely to have pets.

Lots of reasons for this, one of the least of which is that it's not easy to find Kosher pet foods. No, I'm not kidding. Orthodox Jews will not have unkosher products in their homes.
