Compliant with today's Department of Justice Title III of the ADA for assistive listening systems, each of the Listen ADA systems provide all the necessary components to meet the new standards for the minimum number of receivers/ALDs required based on the capacity seating of assembly areas. A hearing loop would be better. In fact, there is a campaign going on right now to loop every public venue in the U.S. All the hearing aid user needs to do is flip on his t-coil and the sound/voices are sent directly to their ears. No distortion or reverberation. The U.S. is way behind other countries in using this technology. MSU’s Breslin Center is the largest looped facility in the U.S. Go Spartans!!! Once the news breaks about the link between un-treated hearing loss and dementia, people will be clamoring for hearing aids. Yes, the emerging research is showing that it actually causes dementia/Alzheimers if not treated!

I have found out that one of the symptoms of TMJ is ringing in the ears so I have has a splint made to fit over my lower teeth to line my jaw up and had some therapy with a tensing unit which has provided relief from the ringing to a certain extent.
It gives me something to hope for because other patients report the ringing has stopped for them!
