President Obama will explain Wednesday night his plan for withdrawing U.S. troops from Afghanistan, with indications of a more rapid recall of soldiers than military advisers recommended but not enough to satisfy his liberal allies.
The president will announce his plan in a televised address from the White House at 8 p.m., spokesman Jay Carney said.

The speech is a brew of incoherent slop, trying to tie together loose ends with foreign policy and the economy.
He seems frantic, like it is all coming apart.
The entire speech was targeted at his Left flank, which is crumbling.
He’s simply posturing to win back his nutsack base who he promised an Afganny pullout.
His father would be my hero if he had just pulled out.
I was worried that TOTUS had gone under the bus after soem of the things it made Obama say.
