Thanks for passing along the prosecutor's comment. That's encouraging. If there was witness tampering (with Gonzales) I don't put it past Baez to do it and try to pin the rap on the State. The STATE certainly doesn't want a mistrial - ESPECIALLY with prejudice.

Everyone, I'm putting a ping list together for tomorrow. Let me know either on this thread or FReepmail if you want on.

I didn't get to hear all of brother's testimony the other day.

Who knows Ashton's point when he was questioning Lee Anthony about why he is hurt and angry enough to cry NOW and didn't when the same question was asked of him two years ago at deposition? I heard an objection from Baez in the middle of this questioning.

Does anyone else think what he was trying to squeeze out of him was a response like, "I didn't think my sister was responsible for Caylee's death two years ago but now I do?"
Just wondering where he was going and what everyone else's thoughts are. Ashton was really hammering him with this questioning so I know some sort of admission would have been extremely damaging to Casey.

You’re welcome. I was relieved when I found out Ashton said that it wasn’t about him. I’ve been following the trial at WFTV.com. I can follow the blog while watching the trial at the same time. They have a reporter who is in the court room everyday and she sends tweets. She said yesterday that she thought Cheney Mason (from the defense) was yelling in the backroom. The prosecutors weren’t in there at that time. Maybe Mason quit because he’s fed up with Baez acting like a lying fool. Just guessing about that. I hope we find out soon about what happened. The suspense is killing me.

Gosh, thanks for that. I'm going to check out that site.

I hope you guys all keep our thread going tomorrow after it's posted because, drat, I have to go into my office tomorrow. Of all days! Looking forward to your updates and insightful commentaries.

BTW, is that an "l" (the letter) or a "1" at the end of your name? If I get it wrong your "ping" won't go through.

I couldn’t agree with your assumptions more. Join us tomorrow - we’re having a live chat when the trial resumes.

You’re welcome. I’m going to go back and forth between your thread and WFTV website tomorrow. I can’t seem to get enough information about this case. I would be on 10-15 sites at a time, if I could. lol

That’s a 1 (one). Thanks in advance for the ping.

They didn’t seem to treat Lee the older brother that way. From his comments it seems that he was made to feel like he was being pushed aside. Strange family dynamics. There are some families where one or both of the parents pick a favorite who can do no wrong and the other child can do no right.

That sadistic streak in his son shows there is something not right in that family.

That’s how they turned their daughter into the monster she is. You don’t do that. Picking a favorite to that extreme does no favors. They could have been taking her side this whole time and created her as a monster. Parents are supposed to be a representative of God, and you don’t do that when you turn one of your kids into a God by giving into their every demand. Sounds like the brother has suffered. This girl didn’t just wake up one day a monster, she was created.

Bringing this up to date when you do this search using Navigator on an IMAC what you get is a "pop up" showing a selection of words beginning with "chloro" and HITS follow below. Currently the NUMBER ONE reference on Google.com for "chloro" is Cindy Anthony!

Currently if you search for “chloro” you get “Cindy Anthony” on Google using Navigator on an IMAC. You don’t even have to hit the return key!

She lost her grandchild. Her husband was ready to pack it in. And now she's looking at losing her daughter.

Actually, you have to presume that even under oath she is going to do anything she can do to save the various elements of her family.

If you wouldn't ................ you probably ought to let the others know now eh!

Sometimes you get a sociopath without even raising one. You might look up some articles on how this is done first and get back to us.

Thanks for a snotty reply. I'm well acquainted with sociopathy, and I can assure you an enabling family added to the mix does not improve the situation.

So YOU "look it up."

So, which comes first, sociopathy or an enabling family?

I'm kind of the "neurological problem first" school ~ otherwise how to explain perfectly normal, decent folks turning out sociopaths.

Who seeks justice for Caylee, their beloved grand daughter? Certainly not Cindy and George.

There's a family hierarchy ~ live people in immediate family, cousins, dead people ~ justice is in there somewhere but usually only at probate.

That's cold, hard facts.

Tossing another close family member into the fire is probably not something that occurs to most people (even under the worst circumstances) that should be done.

Regarding "justice for Caylee" that's why we have the government involved. That same government also protects other women as they murder their pre-borns.

Kind of discredits the idea that government can bring justice to the fore in any event.

Actually, it kind of discredits the idea of justice doesn't it.

At the same time a couple of other posters noted that mothers can almost always be depended on to provide alibis for their kids.

Maybe someday we can put these questions to our overlords, the machines!
