Innovative, yes, but a total waste of time.
Thanks for that link. Our local television stations are covering this stuff 24/7. Regular programming is out the window so there are positive aspects to all of this crap.

I don’t know. If you ever see that house and can take a pic when the flood is over I’d love to see what happens to it. Seems like it would work to me if the sand bags at the bottom makes a seal.
