ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) - Gay marriage will become legal in New York state after the Republican-led state Senate voted to approve it. Advocates are calling it a historic step as New York stands to become the sixth but by far the largest state to legalize same-sex marriage.
Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo lobbied hard for the bill and has promised to sign it.
The Senate vote is viewed as a major gain in an effort to allow gay marriage nationally.

I am having a “discussion” with some homosexuals on Facebook. They are too happy. I posted a study about homosexuality and depression/suicide. That seemed to upset them. I no longer care if I am called names. I will not bow down to this PC crap. Homosexuality is morally and spiritually wrong and trying to teach children it is normal is child abuse!
It won't last long though, the coming backlash against the perverted marxist degenerate scum democrat party and their supporters in the populace and the press isn't going to be pretty.
The nation cannot endure half evil marxist and half good capitalist.
Somehow I don't see these homosexuals, communists and welfare cases taking up arms to prevent the free states from leaving.
Not according to one of the Senators speaking in their Senate tonight, who said as he voted for this passage... "Light has come into this chamber tonight".
I think there's several scriptures which speaks about 'depraved men' calling darkness light as this senator did. He would do well to read it....the end result for doing so is not pretty.
But I seriously see this as a prophetic plunge into indescribably depravity. We are done with any innocence we once possessed. It has to come, but the trip through the fire will be excruciating.

GOP Senator Stephen Saland of Poughkeepsie:
“While I understand that my vote will disappoint many, I also know my vote is a vote of conscience,” Saland said in a statement to The Associated Press before the vote. “I am doing the right thing in voting to support marriage equality.”
Gay couples in gallery wept during Saland’s speech.
GOP Senator Mark Grisanti, a GOP freshman from Buffalo, also said he would vote for the bill.
So you are saying the New Yorkers who died on 911, died because other New Yorkers support gay marriage?

Only a statist scumbag would equate depraved criminal behavior to resisting forced acceptance of homosexual behavior.
This “law” has nothing to do with “legalizing” homosexual marriage. It’s about forcing State residents and those doing business in NY to fully support homosexual behavior.
Right before our eyes our nations crumbles. It is heart breaking.
Well, frankly, I hope every Senator who voted for this depravity goes home, eats a good meal, gets a good night’s sleep, and then wakes up with a debilitating stroke that makes the rest of their lives a long, miserable, unending hell. That’s exactly what these pieces of human garbage deserve.

It’s obvious the Repukes only care about power and the status quo, the party is officially dead to me.
I would urge all NY freepers and any other patriotic, God-fearing conservatives stuck in NY to leave the dump asap.
Like I said, I don’t want to make this a religious debate. However, I’d encourage everyone to look into postmillenialism (the Evangelical variety, not the bogus liberal variety). There are many different proposed interpretations of Bible prophecy, and I have found preterist postmillenialism to be the most consistent.
