I had no idea Sarah Palin had so much influece in Chicago.
This is impossible; hand Guns are illegal in Chicago!
I feel sorry for the folks who live in Chicago and have to put up with this day after day.
We obviously need more community organizing in the Windy City.
Any loss of human life?
This is what you get when Democrats rule. Way to go idiots in Chicago!
.....or better...maybe he can bring back midnight basketball games...that will do it.
If I had the money I would armor plate a bus and offer “Thugland Midnight Tours”.
my kind of town, chicago is, my kind of town
Thank you. I didn’t think so.
Reminds me of that story of a tribe of 200 untouched by civilization.....
the authors need to take a trip to Chicago or Detroit.
200? Thats nothing!!!!
Sorry. But I do not feel sorry for the people of Chicago. They elected these bums, thus they have to suffer under them. Those who did not vote for them are the few that are suffering because of it. But the stinking liberals have owned that city since Al went to jail. So, they get what they asked for.
Detroit is armed. Between the voluntary evacuation and armed citizenry Detroit is pretty quiet these days.
Just south of the Chicago city limits in suburb of Dolton, more gunfire early this morning, also.
This is where my parents bought their first home. We lived there until I was 12. White flight happened in the 70s. We used to keep our doors unlocked, kids would play til the sun set outside in summer. I am so sad to see what has become of my neighborhood.
That raaaasis whitey Sarah Palin made ‘em do it.
“If I had the money I would armor plate a bus and offer Thugland Midnight Tours.”
This would go over even better in Detroit...
Ahhhh...Chicago...the city that gave us barack obama...ummm, ummm, ummmm.
Nope, the violence is in Chicago. Detroit is downright quiet these days.
Detroit would be better for “Urban Ruins Tours”.
My, my. Those Democrats seem to leave a path of destruction everywhere that they go.
Speaking to parishoners at St. Sabina Church earlier this month, Chicago Police Supt. Garry McCarthy took to the microphone after Father Michael Pfleger spoke about gun control.
McCarthy said the topic of race is a sensitive issue "because everybody's afraid of race" but that he wasn't afraid to broach the subject.
"So heres what I want to tell you. See, lets see if we can make a connection here. Slavery. Segregation. Black codes. Jim Crow. What, what did they all have in common? Anybody getting scared? Government sponsored racism."
"Now I want you to connect one more dot on that chain of the African American history in this country, and tell me if Im crazy. Federal gun laws that facilitate the flow of illegal firearms, into our urban centers across this country, that are killing our black and brown children," he said.
McCarthy illustrated his point by recalling a crime scene investigation while he was a police official in Newark, New Jersey where five children were shot, two of whom were killed. McCarthy said when he got home, he turned on his television to unwind and found an episode of "Sarah Palin's Alaska" showing.
"She was caribou hunting and talking about the right to bear arms. Why wasn't she at the crime scene with me?"
The liberals have helped to make a permanent under class. And this is the results. It started with welfare/food stamps to only single women with children and no head of household. Isn’t that special. Wonder why the inner-city has so many unwed mothers? Could it be that the government encouraged and rewarded this kind of behavior? No that couldn’t be it. I mean after all big government just needs to throw more money at the problem. Yea, that’s worked out real well for the government run schools.
Around here, we call them Registered DemocRATS.
The morons will never admit that their gun control scheme is a failure.
Chicago needs end it's gun laws that hurt the honest citizens ability to protect themselves AND less corruption from top to bottom in city government.
The corruption of the patronage system has gone on too long.
The Chicagoland corruption has even spread to the White House.
Gee only one killed on a Saturday night in Chicago? That’s well under the new norm for that city.
The Lenin statue is in the Fremont district, maybe five miles from Pioneer Square. That doesn’t make Seattle any less of a leftoid looney bin, though.
Thanks for the assist. I think I do that every time I post that pic.
I don't know why I have a mental block on that. We have a Fremont here in California and it's at least as Leninophilic as Seattle. You'd think that would serve as a memory device.
Most Chicagoans don't have to put up with much violence at all. If you look at a Chicago homicide map, the bulk of these murders are almost all taking place in just a few neighborhoods.
Rahm Emanuel’s handle among Chicago cops is “Tiny Dancer.”
The Obama Mobs started they day Rahm was sworn in.
