Blago is going to jail for using his position for personal gain and yet no one has investigated Michelle Obama’s big raise when her husband became a Senator?

Michelle Obama worked at University of Chicago. After Obama was elected to the Senate the university gets federal funds. Michelle gets almost $200,000 raise from the University. And Blago is the one who was investigated and is going to jail for the rest of his life?

I’ve read about this a while back but hearing it from Blago’s lips is compelling.

So true, and this very kind of an attempted corrupt deal is one of the things Blago was convicted of. The big diffeence, in the case of Moochelle and the Illegal, is that it was actually consumated, with each party to the bribery conspiracy getting exactly what it wanted.
