I can't believe this is happening, yet actually I can. This is Hope And Change, and a Transformed America.
Just wait till Obama gets his Civilian Jackboot Army.
God, deliver us from evil. Deliver us from our enemies. They are all around us.
Does anything in this video surprise anybody? We have an out-of-control government at all levels with an illegal alien who’s an anti-Semitic and anti-Christian living in our White House . . . and we have a female thug in charge of the Airport Screeners who allows a 95-year-old dying woman to be stripped of her underwear and held against her will for 45 minutes because they suspect she has a bomb in her vagina . . . and the major media just loves these bastards and wants them all back for 4 more years.
Is there some more written somewhere about the circumstances leading up to the arrest? This is bit truncated...

Here you go:
Here’s Reason.tv Producer Jim Epstein’s account of what happened:
On June 22, 2011, I attended a meeting of the D.C. Taxi Commission for a story I’m currently working on about a proposed medallion system in the district.
About 30 minutes into the meeting, I witnessed journalist Pete Tucker snap a still photo of the proceedings on his camera phone. A few minutes later, two police officers arrested Tucker. I filmed Tucker’s arrest and the audience’s subsequent outrage using my cell phone.
A few minutes later, as I was attempting to leave the building, I overheard the female officer who had arrested Tucker promise a woman, who I presumed to be an employee of the Taxi Commission, that she would confiscate my phone. Reason intern Kyle Blaine, overheard her say, “Do you want his phone? I can get his phone.”
(The woman who was given assurances by the officer that she could have my phone can be seen at the end of the video telling me, “You do not have permission to record this!”)
As I tried to leave, I was told by the same officer to “stay put.” I told her I was leaving and attempted to exit the building. I was then surrounded by officers, and told to remain still or I would be arrested.
I didn’t move, but I tried to get the attention of a group of cab drivers who were standing nearby. At this point I was arrested.
I spent the remainder of the day in a cell in the basement of the building. In the late afternoon, I was released.
We will be reporting more on this as it unfolds. Scroll down for downloadable versions of this video
How are you liking that Hope and Change?
Thanks. But I suspect someone directed those officers over to Pete Tucker and I would like to know the reason. Was this some arbitrary decision by the people running the meeting? I can’t imagine that photos would be restricted by local ordinance or statutory law and if it’s open to the public....
Where these DC officers or some kind of security?
I’m not sure what excuse the cops officially gave for the arrest.
But if you go to the link I provided, you will see that it is popular practice for cops to threaten, harass, or arrest photographers who have done nothing wrong.
It is a reality people need to wake up to in America 2011.
Are you sure about that?
I do believe there is an app to transmit the recorded photo or video to a remote location real time.
Yes, it’s called QIK.
And it transmits to a remote server instantly, so even if a cop gets your camera, they can’t destroy the video.
Isn’t the fact that we’re even having to discuss this in America a horrifying realization?
This is how far we’ve fallen as a nation.
Nachum, did you see this? Is it listable?
LucyT, you have enough pings, but this account just makes my skin crawl.
I’m getting a really bad feeling in my innards.
Not this one, no. Not surprising. It is going on a lot now. Nobody wants to end up on Youtube.
Are you sure about that?
Ya' got a point there , , , ain't he/she/it one of those Hitlery Clinton lezzie dames?
