The streets were vibrant. The weather was nice.

But their night on the town was about to become frightening.
Heading their way was a pack of teens roving through Center City after leaving a North Philadelphia music festival.
They were part of about 100 or more young people who had left Saturday night's event, police said, committing a series of violent assaults and robberies, including one against Maria, 25, of North Philadelphia, and her cousin Cecilia, 29, of Havertown.

And the leftist media will paint it as an “over-reaction” or a “massacre”.
People will happily pay more in taxes for added security and for midnight basketball to keep the 'youths' happy.
In the meantime a few crackers get schooled. Its all good.
Why take a chance?

Once is all you need if the caliber is large enough, and it allows for twice as many zombies to be “cured”. I personally think that for the first two or three days of any conflict, all shots should be made to the extreme lower abdomen just for the negative effect on the morale of the enemy.
These youths are showing some initiative and taking wealth redistribution into their owns hands. Much more efficient than when done by Democrat politicians. Cuts out the bureaucrat middlemen.
