"It is with a very heavy heart that I share with you all , our Just Lori passed away early this morning in her home. Lori’s husband called me and shared the news this morning.
Just Lori was my friend and while I never met her in person, she was as close as a sister to me. Lori could be funny, inventive, a grammar nazi, or Queen for a Day. She was awesome.
May God bless her, her husband Walt, their friends and family and we freepers who so loved and enjoyed her love for God, country, and accountability in life.
Thank you Loretta......you were always more that Just Lori."

Just found those posts myself ~ Just Lori was part of the same crowd that reads and posts on the Catholic/Orthodox caucus threads ~ I found them to be really great people with instant access to just the right words at the right time ~ while recuperating from extensive eye surgery.
They have all been great folks to know. We will all miss her addition to the web of life.

I wanted to share a great event Lori was able to share with her husband this last saturday...
We prepared a prayer thread that had 189 posts and pictures and memories. It was awesome.
Lori has been offline for some time now so thursday last week I printed the prayer thread and 2 day mailed it to Lori and her husband.
That saturday Lori had a better day and sat up as her husband read the posts from the thread.
Lori was so humbly pleased.......she was moved to tears from the love she earned.
Lori kept that prayer thread with her until she passed
Sometimes the best reward for giving is getting.
I’m so proud she was so moved and I’m so proud we helped
God bless you Lori, your husband Walt, and your family .

Just Lori was the first to welcome me to FR. I also recall hearing her talk on air with Mark Levin. Her voice was young and energetic.

who was she? in real life I mean. At times I feel sad that we make all these deep, close friends with whom we share so much, yet we don't even know their names and would pass them on the street without murmur.
